Gift certificates are valid for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
Recipients can redeem their voucher number at the checkout when booking their Alpaca experience.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
If a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances.
